Robert R. Wilson - Named President & COO

EAST WINDSOR NJ / RALEIGH NC – The On-Board Family of Companies, including On-Board Engineering Corporation, On-Board Services, Inc., On-Board PMO Corporation and On-Board Industrial Solutions, Inc. (collectivity the “Company”) today announced the promotion of Robert R. Wilson, to President and Chief Operating Officer, effective February 12th, 2018.

After starting his career in the Tax & Legal Services group of Coopers & Lybrand, followed by PwC, Robert’s work focused on mergers, acquisitions and related tax advisory services. In 2001 Robert joined On-Board Engineering in a strategic planning and corporate development capacity. In 2006, he moved into an operations role where he was commissioned to head up the On-Board Services business, eventually rising to the position of Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Since that time he has helped to lead the organization through nearly two decades of unprecedented growth, increased profitability and diversification, including the co-founding of On-Board’s PMO and Industrial Solutions businesses by leveraging his leadership and business skills.

Robert will continue to be actively involved in shaping the strategic direction of the organization in his new role as President, to ensure that On-Board is committed to delivering results by aligning its core values of ethics, customer focus, safety and continuous improvement with the organizations mission.
