Richard M. Jervis - Named Vice President

EAST WINDSOR NJ / NEW CASTLE DE – The On-Board Family of Companies, including On-Board Engineering Corporation, On-Board Services, Inc., On-Board PMO Corporation and On-Board Industrial Solutions, Inc. (collectivity the “Company”) today announced the promotion of Richard M. Jervis, to Vice President of On-Board Engineering, effective June 11, 2018.

Rick has a 23 year history with On-Board Engineering Corporation. He has led projects ranging in size from $5K to $100MM. Rick has served as the Director of Engineering, Business Engineering Manager, Civil/Structural/Architectural manager and a Senior Project Engineer.

Rick received a BSCE from the University of Cincinnati with a concentration in Structures and Construction Management and an MBA from the University of Delaware with a concentration in International Business. Mr. Jervis is a registered Professional Engineer in 23 States and the District of Columbia. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Engineers Without Borders and a Charter Member of the Structural Engineering Institute. He also serves as a Board Member of the Caesar Rodney Rotary Club and Delaware All-State Theatre.

Rick, and his wife Susan, reside in Wilmington, DE. They enjoy music, theatre and visiting their grown children in Chicago and Boston

Rick will continue to be actively involved in shaping the strategic direction of the organization to ensure that On-Board delivers results by aligning with clients consistent with its core values of ethics, customer focus, safety, and continuous improvement.
