On-Board welcomes Jerry Good - Director of Program Management

On-Board Engineering Corporation is pleased to announce the addition of Jerry L. Good to our senior staff as Director of Program Management, reporting to Richard M. Jervis, Jr., PE, Vice President of Engineering. Jerry will serve as the managerial leader of the On-Board Engineering site-based Program Management engineers, designers, project engineers and project support personnel.

Jerry had a successful 40 year career with the EI DuPont Co. He served in several roles of increasing responsibility including the Chattanooga, TN Plant Manager, Cooper River, SC Plant Manager and most recently the Circleville, Ohio Plant Manager. Some of his earlier DuPont assignments included: Polyester Intermediates Technology Manager, Old Hickory Human Resource Area Manager, Engineering Field Section and Recruiting Supervisor, Diamines Operations Area Manager, Fluoroproducts Unit Manager and Aramids Intermediates Unit Manager. Mr. Good’s assignments were at 10 DuPont sites across the East, Midwest and Gulf Coast. As the Circleville Plant Manager, Jerry’s facility employed as many as 180 On-Board PMO employees. Jerry has his BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.

Jerry enjoys dancing and “tinkering” with his antique car. We’d like to welcome Jerry to the On-Board Family of companies. Jerry and his wife Mellanie reside in the Charleston, SC area.
